Day 1:- Arusha – Ngoro Ngoro Crater
Leave the Hotel in Arusha after breakfast. The Crater is roughly some 120km from Arusha taking 2hrs .After verification of your booking voucher, The road leads through the forested conservation zone via a meandering track that can only be maneuvered by 4wh drive jeep. Stop at a strategic point that gives a panoramic bird’s view of the magnificent Crater.
Day 2:- Day Touring The Ngoro Ngoro Crater
A full day set aside to basically tour the crater area. With a packed picnic lunch, drop some 600meters (2000 feet) into the massive crater. Animal life is abundant and the big five is evidence as you track them a long the drive ways. Picnic lunch is at the pool full of hippos and scavenging kites. .
Retire to the lodge after a full day comprehensive tour of the crater.
Day 3:- Ngoro Ngoro -Arusha
After breakfast in the lodge, take on an en route tour as you descend towards the conservation exit. Again a final stop over at the crater rim offers you a pictorial opportunity to make some snap shots of the wide caldera. Arrive Arusha in the afternoon for a Hotel overnight.
